Welcome to the only online book club where you can talk books with Canberra creatives in a live, fully produced studio stream. Find out everything you need to know here.
The show will be open-sourced meaning the members have the opportunity to be a part of the conversation and discussion via video. We are experimenting with this idea so keen for members to shape the format and see where it goes.
What is this book club?
This book club has grown from the Mustard Flats Podcast and our love of books that inspire us and the creative community in Canberra. This will be a place to chat about what we are reading and each edition focus on one book. We will try and bring in special guests to talk about how these books impact their lives and what they do.
Is it a large commitment?
We will probably host a few of these are year, so we won’t give out too much homework and no obligation to read every edition.
How to be involved?
DM us on Instagram. We have set up a chat on Instagram where you will get all the information on how to join the book club stream. On book club night you will be sent the exclusive Zoom link to join the panel live.
What do I need to do?
You will need to read the book and make sure you are all set up for Zoom meetings.
